Born in 1971. Holds degrees of MBBS, M.Sc. and LLM.
Joined Foreign Service of Pakistan in 1995.
Served at Headquarters as Section Officer (1997 and 2000-2001), Deputy Director (2002-2004) and Director General / Spokesperson (2010-2020).
Held various diplomatic assignments in Pakistan Missions abroad: Dar-es-Salam (1998-2000), Brussels (2004-2007) and Jeddah (2007-2010).
Presently, serving as Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to the Federal Republic of Germany since 27 April 2020s.
He is married.
Dr. Faisal is a patriotic Pakistani, he is a friend of humanity, he considers it his duty to serve people, listening to people’s problems and helping them is Dr. Faisal’s hobby. He helped many people during his foreign service and always improved the reputation of Pakistan. You have always united Pakistanis and advised them to live in harmony and value the country in which you live. After serving in Germany, Dr. Faisal will now serve in UK which is a good sign. It is a decision that will also promote the relationship between the UK and Pakistan and provide opportunities for our community to grow and contribute to Pakistan’s development.,
